International Christmas Afternoon

We are lucky to have children in our class from all over the world. This afternoon we have been learning all about how Christmas is celebrated in other countries! Kajus told us about the traditional games and food in Lithuania, Ellie and Afi told us about the food and presents given in China.

Safiya and Junaid told us about Eid.

Viktoria and Diksha told us about Christmas in Bulgaria.

In Bulgaria people eat special sweet bread with nuts in, which they make at home.

Cosmina, Miruna and Teodora told us lots about Christmas in Romania. They brought us in some cozonac, special sweet bread. They also showed us some traditional Christmas clothes.
They showed us a traditional Romanian dance as well.

Finally Reuben told us about Christmas in India.

Thank you to everyone who told us about Christmas in their country. We all learnt a lot!

Happy Christmas, Eid Mubarak, hBV KolBr, Link smu Kaledu, craciun fericint
