Our class have been learning about the work of Andy Goldsworthy.He is a sculptor who uses natural objects in his work.We saw some pictures of his work and noticed that he uses lots of different shapes including circles, spirals and ovals.
We made our own sculptures using leaves, flowers,and twigs collected from outside our classroom.We took photographs of them as they do not last very long once they have been picked.
We then arranged all our pictures in a spiral shape.
We really enjoyed learning about a famous sculptor and his work.
